By accessing or using KAI.Productions ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service
KAI.Productions is an independent music platform providing access to original music releases, lyrics, and related content by the artist "K". The Service allows registered users to maintain a personal library and playlists.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. Accounts
To access personalised features (library, playlists), you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- all activity that occurs under your account;
- ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All music, lyrics, artwork, videos, and other content on KAI.Productions are the exclusive property of K and/or the artist "K". All rights are reserved.
The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial listening only. You may not:
- download, reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform any content without express written permission;
- use any content for commercial purposes, AI training, or model development;
- reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract any part of the Service;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- harass, abuse, or harm any person;
- upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation;
- attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure;
- circumvent any technical measures we employ.
6. User Content
At this time, the Service does not allow users to upload or publish content publicly. Playlist names and usernames you create remain your own; you grant us a limited licence to store and display them within the Service.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Downloads
Where the Service provides a facility to download MP3 files, such downloads are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution of downloaded files in any form is strictly prohibited.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. K does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, K shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed £100 in any circumstance.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service, other users, third parties, or us.
You may terminate your account at any time via Account Settings → Delete Account.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
